How To Use
Use the contour or sculpting brush to lightly dust along the hollows of the cheek, under the chin and neck or under the tip of the nose. Apply to center of the face, and then blend outward. Before applying mascara, open and press down onto lashes. Hold and release. Apply mascara to lashes until you reach desired length and volume. For easier placement on the lid, lightly map out how and where you want your line to go, on the lid, then simply trace over that with The Precision Liquid Liner.
