EASY TO USE

Mix the toner of your choice with 10 vol. cream developer and apply to hair, regrowth first then on remaining length. Process for 15-30 minutes.

​Shimmer Lights Permanent Cream Toners

Mix 1 part Permanent Cream Toner to 2 parts 10 vol Cream Developer to neutralize brass for cool results & incredible shine. Apply and process 15-30 min. DO NOT USE HEAT. Rinse, shampoo and condition.

Shimmer Lights Cream Developer​

Use our Cream Developers with Plex Lightener to ensure lift and easy application. Apply 10 or 20 vol depending on desired lift. Mix Toners with 10 vol Cream Developer.

Shimmer Lights Plex Lightener

Plex Lightener Step 1 helps reduce breakage and ensures clear, cool blonde results. Mix 1oz Lightener and 2oz 10 vol or 20 vol Cream Developer.​ Apply and process up to 50 min. Rinse. DO NOT SHAMPOO!

​Shimmer Lights Plex Treatment

Use 1oz of Plex-enriched Treatment as Step 2 after lightening to strengthen hair. No developer needed. Leave on for 10 min then rinse – shampoo & condition. Repeat weekly to keep hair silky & smooth.

Shimmer Lights Shampoo​

Use Shimmer Lights award-winning, protein-enriched color-enhancing purple shampoo twice a week, or as needed to tone down brassiness. For extra neutralizing or toning, leave on for 5-10 min and rinse.

Shimmer Lights Conditioner​

After shampooing, use Conditioner twice a week, or as needed. Work conditioner through hair and leave on for 2-5 min. Rinse thoroughly. It helps renew faded highlights & brighten silver or gray hair.
