How do I get the best results?
When your throat is a little “scratchy”, slowly dissolve one lozenge on the tongue and swallow, 1-2 times a day. Do not exceed more than four lozenges per day.
When is the best time to use?
Use HoneyBlis any time of the day to soothe a scratchy throat, but try to wait 20 minutes before having anything to eat or drink after taking BLIS K12.
