How did we get our start?
Nearly a decade ago, in a small barbershop in Rimini, Italy, OneBlade’s founder, Porter Stansberry, experienced the perfect shave.
Enamored with the results, he was disappointed with the cheapened experience of shaving at home. So he then enlisted Tod Barrett & his design team to build a razor that would bring the barbershop shave home. After spending years building prototypes, sometimes at the expense of their own faces, the team worked to build the world’s finest razor.

THE ONE BLADE TECHNIQUE | Proper application of shaving cream is essential in eliminating razor burn. To ensure a rich, thick lather of cream; soak the brush hairs for 30 seconds in warm water. Gently remove excess water and apply a nickel size dollop of cream on the brush (for the best results we recommend our Black Tie Shaving Cream – sold separately). Work the brush on your face, using strong back and forth strokes as well as circular motions for 45 seconds until fully lathered.
