Gently pat onto eye area using your ring finger. Use morning & evening. Keep out of eyes. Massage onto cleansed face and neck using a gentle upward motion. Use morning and evening. Shake one to two times into hands, press palms together and massage generously onto the elbows, knees, ankles, or anywhere on the body requiring intense nourishment. Use morning and evening.

Warm a small amount between fingertips and gently massage onto dry skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If desired, remove any additional residue with a warm, damp washcloth.
